In December 2009, Adam Szelei and Tawnya Lambert purchased the Fox & Hounds Pub in Bancroft Ontario and transformed it into Mirrors Café & Lounge, an upbeat trendy restaurant located on the shores of beautiful Paudash Lake in Bancroft.
What’s in a name? The name “Mirrors” refers to the reflection of the shore on the lake… In the early morning – before the breeze , before the boats, the water has a perfect mirror effect. We also face west, so the sunsets from the deck are unreal!! The name is also a direct reflection of Adam & Tawnya’s commitment to quality and service by offering a unique lakeside dining experience, with great food, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere!
